About Tasha Williams

I am Tasha Williams, and player props are the basketball market that rewards specificity. The total on a game might be a coin flip, but a well-researched prop on a specific player versus a specific defender is one of the most beatable bets in basketball. That is what I focus on at FixedCorrectScores.

Usage rate is the foundation of my prop work. A player's points per game is meaningless without context — it depends on how many possessions he uses when on the floor, how many minutes he plays, and what role the team asks him to fill on a given night. When usage rates shift due to injuries, lineup changes, or specific defensive matchups, the prop market is often slow to react.

Matchup-based defence is the second pillar. Some defenders are elite against guards but struggle against bigger wings. Some teams switch every screen and force scorers off the three-point line. Knowing which player faces which defender, and how that defender has performed against similar offensive types in recent games, is where I find most of my edges.

I also write about the WNBA, which is one of the most underbet leagues in American sports. The volume is lower, but the markets are softer, and the analytical work translates directly from NBA. Prop opportunities, in particular, can be excellent because the books move slower on women's basketball than they do on men's.

At FixedCorrectScores, I write basketball props and WNBA analysis for readers who want specificity over generality. My job is to read usage, matchup, and role — and to find props where the closing line is just slightly off compared to what the situation actually predicts.
