• Sports data providers — we license fixture data, statistics, and head-to-head records from established sports data services. These providers do not receive any of your personal information.

We do not control the practices of these external services and recommend you review their policies separately.

5 Storage & Security

We take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect personal data:

• HTTPS encryption on every page — all traffic between you and the Service is encrypted in transit
• Hashed credentials — passwords (where used) are stored using one-way bcrypt hashing; we cannot recover them, only reset

8 Data Retention

We hold personal information only for as long as necessary:

• Active VIP accounts — retained for the duration of your subscription, plus a short grace period after cancellation
• Inactive accounts — automatically removed after 12 months of no login activity
• Server access logs — kept for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting
• Anonymised analytics — may be retained longer in aggregated, non-identifiable form

When you formally request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, transaction records that may need to be kept for tax or audit purposes).
