- Correct score predictions
- Half-time / full-time forecasts
- Both Teams to Score (BTTS)
- Over/Under goal totals
- Sport-specific markets such as moneyline, handicap, and totals
Predictions are produced through a combination of statistical modelling (our Team Momentum Performance scoring) and human analyst review. The Service includes both freely accessible content and a paid VIP tier offering deeper analysis.
4 No Guarantees Disclaimer
No prediction on Fixed Correct Scores is a guaranteed outcome. Sport is, by its nature, unpredictable, and:
- Predictions reflect probability based on data — they are not certainties
- Past success does not predict future results
- You alone are responsible for any decisions you make using our content
- We are not liable for financial losses arising from any betting activity
- We don't guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
5 VIP Membership
5.1 How Subscriptions Work
VIP membership is processed entirely through Patreon. By subscribing, you also agree to Patreon's terms and privacy policy. We never directly handle your payment information.
5.2 Membership Tiers
VIP tiers (where applicable) provide access to specific prediction sets and features as described on our subscription page. Tier features may evolve over time, and we'll communicate meaningful changes in advance.
5.3 Billing & Renewals
VIP subscriptions renew automatically through Patreon on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel any time from your Patreon account; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.4 Refunds
All payments are processed and managed by Patreon. Any refund request must go through Patreon under their refund policy. We don't issue direct refunds.
5.5 Access Activation
VIP access on the Service activates after we verify your Patreon subscription status. This usually happens within a few hours, but in rare cases may take up to 24 hours.
6 User Accounts
6.1 Account Security
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. If you suspect anyone has gained unauthorised access, contact us immediately so we can help secure your account.
6.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may register only one VIP account. We may consolidate or terminate duplicate accounts associated with the same person.
6.3 No Account Sharing
VIP credentials are strictly personal. Sharing your access with non-members or distributing VIP content publicly is prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of your membership without refund.
7 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

- ❌ Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, our team, or our community
- ❌ Disrupt the Service's infrastructure or interfere with normal operation
- ❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
Violations can lead to immediate account termination and, where appropriate, legal action.
8 Intellectual Property
All material on Fixed Correct Scores — including predictions, written analysis, page design, code, logos, graphics, and brand identity — belongs to Fixed Correct Scores or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may:

You may not:

- ❌ Use the Fixed Correct Scores name, logo, or branding without written consent
9 Third-Party Services
The Service uses several third-party platforms — including Patreon (payments), Cloudflare (security/CDN), Crisp Chat (support widget), and licensed sports data providers. Your use of these is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external services.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fixed Correct Scores and its team will not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or expected winnings
- Any financial loss linked to gambling, betting, or wagering activity
- Damages arising from inaccurate or unsuccessful predictions
- Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues
- Acts or omissions of any third-party service we integrate with
In any event, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount (if any) you paid for VIP membership in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11 Responsible Gambling
We strongly support responsible gambling and ask every reader to follow these basic principles:
- Set hard limits — never bet more than you can comfortably afford to lose
- Never chase losses — accept that losing is part of the activity
- Treat it as entertainment, not as income

On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions on intellectual property, liability, indemnity, and governing law survive any termination.
13 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed under generally applicable principles of international commercial law, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service should first be raised with us directly so we can attempt to resolve it informally and in good faith. If a dispute can't be resolved informally, it may be referred to binding arbitration where legally permitted, or to the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction.
